Return Policy

If you would like to return your purchase, please make sure to follow these instructions:

  1. Contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) within 30 days of receiving the product. You may obtain an RMA by emailing us at returns@mybedwedge.com. Please provide us with your name, address, order number and a brief explanation of why you are unsatisfied with your purchase.
  2. Within 15 days of receiving the Return Merchandise Authorization, ship the item to the address you are provided. Include all original packaging and inserts. All original tags attached to the product must remain attached or the item cannot be accepted. Please write the RMA number on the outside of the box and on a packing slip with your name, address, and order number. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number for the shipment (i.e., FedEx or UPS). The Bed Wedge Company, Inc. cannot be held responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged in transit. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. All items for return must be received by The Bed Wedge Company, Inc. no later than 60 days after the original delivery date to the customer.
  3. Once the product is received by The Bed Wedge Company, Inc., please allow 5 business days for inspection and processing of the return and the issuing of the credit. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable. Any credit or refund is applied to the original credit card used for payment. Once The Bed Wedge Company, Inc. issues a credit, please allow an additional 15-20 business days for your credit card issuer to have the credit appear on your statement.
  4. No credit or refund is due for bulk purchases, special order items or items returned without an RMA or beyond the allowed return period. The Bed Wedge Company, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, accept an item which does not meet the above conditions and charge a non-refundable re-stocking fee of $15.00 or 20% of the item price, whichever is greater. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns on orders of 3 items or more.

Exchange Policy

Exchanges can be made due to defects within 30 days of receiving the product. Return shipping is not paid by The Bed Wedge Company, Inc. for exchanges. You may use the shipping carrier of your choice, but we recommend that you insure the package and obtain a tracking number for the shipment (i.e., FedEx or UPS). Please include the defective item and any insert that came with the item and a copy of your original invoice or packing slip stating the defect. The Bed Wedge Company, Inc. will ship your replaced item within 5 business days of receiving your package.
